About the Author
Deborah Morbin and Tracy Boomer initially took up decoupage as a hobby, which quickly became a thriving business with an uninterrupted flow of commissions. From inception they have expanded their business each year, continually experimenting with new materials and techniques, and ever-increasing requests from people wishing to learn this craft has now seen them branching out into teaching. They both live in South Africa.
