This book was inspired by the children of the Pacific Northwest. I feel privileged to be associated with such a wide-spreading phenomena. So many products, activities and styles are pushed at children. The success of bead animals has grown because it is an activity that they truly love to do and share with others. I have had many wonderful comments from parents regarding how focused there children were with the book. One parent said that here usually wild 8 year old son sat quietly for 4 hours working on projects from the book. I think each of us in our life wants to affect others in a positive way, no matter in what capacity. The response I have received from parents and their children has been wonderfully fulfilling.
