About the Author
Modern origami pioneer Kunihiko Kasahara studied broadcasting at Nihon University's College of Art, where his interest in origami began. His first book, Origami Book for Mother and Child (Seiko-sha), was displayed at the Japanese pavilion of the Osaka Expo in 1970, and was later packed into a time capsule that will be kept sealed for 5,000 years. His latest achievement, the unique "cube art" introduced in this book, is designed to reveal the artistic beauty in geometric figures. He lies in Kanagawa, Japan.
