About the Author
Larry Carey has been buying salt and pepper shakers most of his life. Today his collection numbers over 6,000 sets and continues to grow. Sylvia Tompkins has a water-related collection of about 7,000 sets. They are both members of the Novelty Salt and Pepper Shakers Club and have co-authored five books with Schiffer Publishing.
