About the Author
In 1979, Don founded "Just for Openers." In addition to two books on openers, Don co-authored and published The Register of United States Breweries and American Breweries. Don's Beer Trivia book was published in 1985. He is a member of the ICCA, the Canadian Corkscrew Collectors Club (CCCC), Just for Openers (JFO), the American Breweriana Association (ABA), and the National Association of Breweriana Advertising (NABA).John Stanley is a computer programmer for UNC Chapel Hill and has collected bottle openers since 1977. He is a member of Just for Openers (JFO), the Canadian Corkscrew Collectors Club (CCCC), Eastern Coast Breweriana Association (ECBA), the American Breweriana Association (ABA), and the National Association of Breweriana Advertising (NABA). John is currently editor of the JFO newsletter and membership secretary for ECBA and his collection has grown to 2500 openers and corkscrews.
