About the Author
Larry Carey has been buying salt and pepper shakers most of his life. Today his collection, which specializes in advertising, numbers over 6,000 sets and continues to grow. Sylvia Tompkins has a water-related collection of about 7,000 sets. They are both members of the Novelty Salt and Pepper Shakers Club and have co-authored five other books.
