There are almost 42,000 value changes recorded in Volume 2, which covers countries of the world C-F. 98 percent of the stamp images in Volume 2 are in full color. 34,000 of the value changes are in the non-British countries with France leading the way. Other countries with large number of increases include Ecuador, Central African Republic and the Peoples Republic of Congo. A significant number of changes were recorded for Canada and the Canadian Provinces. All totaled more than 7,000 value changes were recorded in the British area.
