M.D., as a member of the Outdoor Writers Association of America and the Association of Great Lakes Outdoor Writers, has articles featured in several popular outdoor publications, including Peterson's Hunting, Wing & Shot, Mossy Oak's Hunting the Country, TNN Outdoors, North American Hunter, Wildfowl, and many more. He is also author of a number of books and has appeared on many radio shows. M.D. resides in Martelle, Iowa.
