About the Author
Don Aubrey has been breeding Catahoulas for nearly twenty years and is a certified breeder with the National Association of Louisiana Catahoulas. He has been an obedience instructor, as well as a trainer and handler for the Louisiana Search and Rescue Dog Team for many years. His dog, Ladyhawke, was the first Catahoula to receive a Service Champion Award from the National Association of Louisians Catahoulas for her non-profit work in search and rescue. Don is deeply involved with and knowledgeable about this unique and versatile breed.
